This app works as expected and is easy to understand. There was a slight visual change I needed done and Sebastian got it resolved with the dev team on a Sunday.

Essentially preorder helped my run my first successful preorder campaign in November 2025 and worked great. Just what I needed.

Easy to use. It allows customers to place preorder and be notified when products are back in stock. It looks great on my website as it matches the theme perfectly. Editing campaigns are a breeze. I am not very tech orientated, and I'm able to follow the prompts with ease.

I had a great experience with this app and the team. I ran into an issue where I couldn't understand how to update an item. They were quick to identify and resolve the issue. Very happy with the app and the service I received.

The app is great. but there are some issues regarding to preorder. some preorder products is not showing as a preorder. The payment option also. We are hoping that you can consider Philippine merchants to activate full options for Full payment and partial payment without using shopify payments. Because Shopify payments is not currently available in Philippines. Hoping this could be change in the future for your Philippine users/subscribers. Thank you
