So far the app is working as needed. Unfortunately Etsy is a pain in the A$$ and doesn't allow many things and is very stingy creating extra work to copy address and tracking numbers and manually having to complete orders on etsy side.

There are a few apps claiming to do the same thing as DPL. I have tried them. They all had one issue or another (problem syncing inventory, hard to reach customer support etc.). DPL did have issues for me in the first week of set up, but the key thing is their support system is much more robust than competitors. And now the system works flawlessly. Thank you DPL.

This app has an incredible 24/7 live video call help service where you can talk to a real person and work through any questions you might have - very helpful and efficient!

Day two of using this app and I have to say the customer care is amazing - Ronex thank you so much.

The app is easy to install and use and if help is required it is there in minutes; they also keep coming back to make sure you are okay if a problem takes a while to resolve. excellent service.
