The rep that helped me navigate through the starting process was great and helpful!!! I look forward to using this app and hope that it makes things as easy as it is supposed to. I do know going in that if I have an issue that the staff is there to help!

At first this integration app has boosted our sales like crazy, but we ended up having to delete it because it has too many problems. The syncing didn't work properly and refunds weren't showing properly in our sales reports. The technical support team was very responsive which was great but wasn't able to fix things for us in a way that worked efficently for us so we spent way too much time on the chat with them. This app is a great idea in theory but is too buggy to be useful for us.

So the app setup itself blew my mind a little bit and it was a huge learning curve to get my head around it all. But I received incredible support from their team (Shubham was incredible and consistently there to help me fix things and most importantly learn how to use it). Don’t expect that you can set this up by yourself. Use the support team and they will make sure everything is perfect. Then you will be able to have a high functioning app for stock management. Suggestions for future developments - 1) Allow videos on shopify to be transferred over to Etsy 2) Make sure formatting of descriptions on shopify goes over to Etsy (page breaks seem to be deleted when transferring data over)
3) Transfer over shop section data.

1,000 + sales since I downloaded this app.. wow..... oh btw EDIT: Updated to $70 plan and add the sync feature FOR SURE!

From the time I downloaded this app to this very day I have made so many sales on etsy thanks to the amazing help provided by Shubham! He is a professional in his own right and will make sure to go the extra mile to see through that your job is done right, and that you are happy. I would not have seen any success with Etsy, Known how to run it, how to make my store on Etsy do as well as my webstore gradually in just months without this app. I seriously am considering upgrading to the top plan and have downloaded their other apps. I highly recommend you speak to Shubham when you do... I use this app for wish for Ebay, for Etsy, for EVERYTHING!!!! They're constantly updating modifying and showing you secrets!Oh and guys, the Sync feature is AMAZING!!!!!, like the order that you get on Etsy will sync to Shopify & the inventory syncing both ways !

& add this as well !rest everything is perfectly coordinated with the application!, just add the Sync feature, better than others charging hundreds /mo plan, this app better price and well worth it!, like the order that you sell on Etsy will sync to Shopify & the inventory syncing both ways ! I started uploading each product myself to Etsy and it was taking HOURS. It would have taken days to complete. I wish I discovered this app sooner, in the click of a few buttons everything was updated!! I had a few questions and somebody responded within minutes. Highly recommend!

I initially tried this app for the 10 day trial around 6 months ago. It seemed complicated & a little expensive, although I loved the promise it made. I have 1000's of products on Shopify but NO time to list everything individually on Etsy!!

That said, I decided to go for it after not finding anything else that would fit my requirements. Unfortunately the price had gone up, but after speaking to Shubham, I had a little discount and I bought it straight away, big gold star there!

I'll be honest, I'm not hugely computer literate, and I did find some of the initial syncing of items difficult (they weren't syncing) so I did have to manually sync the items I had on Etsy to my shopify products, but once that was done, it was all systems go! Profiling products is a little bit time consuming, but once done, you can just let it ride

If it wasn't for the excellent, prompt replies and polite customer service on live chat, this app would have had 3/4 stars. But it gets the 5 for the time the team took to talk me through the issues I was having, screen shotting step by steps, and even calling me to make sure I was getting what I needed out the app. Thanks everyone!!

It's good, no great, for getting your stuff from Shopify to Etsy, just a little confusing at times, as it's another system to learn to use

Within a few hours of syncing new products, I had my first sale through Etsy using this app! Very impressed!. It takes around 30 minutes to update from Etsy to Shopify, but stock is adjusted and you can fulfil/add tracking to orders from there and it does it on Etsy for you. So overall I'm really pleased I took the decision to get this app

The app works very good and the dedicated support is very professional and friendly. Absolutely to use if you want integrate Etsy on your stores.

It was very easy to set up the account. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It was easy to merge products from Shopify store.

Excellent app, quick setup, easy to navigate, great customer support. You can use the free version if you have less than 10 products and less than 10 orders per month.
