This app is gorgeous , reliable ,feel free to talk any question , flexible live chat session . They response us in a very short time and also they want to before End chat session ,full satisfaction to there customers. And the las thing is that, The integration( link) between Esty and this app , The app management done the Great Job!
This app really helps me get increased traffic. It is easy to setup & use. When I have a question, the customer service is great!
I love that there is chat software support available 24/7. It really makes it so much easier that whenever I have a question I can just pop onto the chat and ask it and get it answered in a few minutes or less. Such a huge difference from the way most support is run where you have to spend tons and tons of time looking up the answers yourself. The montly cost of the software felt really expensive to me at first but I think I'm really getting what I pay for with the chat support.

Fast response times. Love this app - makes inventory management between Shopify and my Etsy shop easy to manage. Any time I've had an issue, I'm able to chat live with someone and receive quick responses.
