Not user friendly at all. Integration is nice when it actually decides what order it wants to bring over.
There is no option within the app to cancel my account or remove billing information. I have messaged them to close my account but they keep billing it to my Shopify account without my permission. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP
They claim it is a "free trial" but then it is impossible to cancel the app and they keep billing you $60 a month direct to your shopify account. As it is not billed to a credit card it is impossible to block the payments or make a dispute.

Not working, will not import updated listing. Need to fix issues. Do not install if like to update your products
I have tried a CedCommerce app before and was impressed by the ease of the dashboard operation. This one works similarly efficently with a similar format as the Shopify design. The interface to ETSY API was smooth and the options to set additional input on etsy was fast. when seeking technical support, the response was with a real human rather than bot, with the issue resolved within 2 minutes. I wish all apps were as easy to use.
I HAD A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING THE APP AS SUCH AND HOW IT WORKS BUT THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS WONDERFUL, THEY HELPED ME WITH EVERYTHING STEP BY STEP, VERY SWEET PERSON AND VERY CLOSE. THEY ANSWERED ME INSTANTLY, IT WAS LIKE HAVING THE PERSON IN MY HOUSE. ♥
The customer service is amazing. It's very fast. They sometimes helped me to do instead or even had a google meeting to show me step by step. I really appreciate their support! Superb!
I used this app for the 7 day free trial. I found the staff most helpful and efficient in responding to questions. The 7 day free trial helped me to understand how to navigate between the two systems.

These guys have serious problems with their chronjobs. I have had to manually update syncing several times as I've been testing this app over the last month. It's generally unreliable and I've oversold products multiple times because it doesn't sync properly. Huge headache. Seeking alternatives. I would like my money back.
I'm still learning the app but what really stands out is the customer service real people 24/7 could not ask for more
