Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

Firstly I just want to thank Shubham for his help. He is incredibly patient, polite, and efficient when it comes to solving issues that I face. Hope he continues with cedcommerce in the long run as he is the best support I've worked with. In regards to the app, it can be quite tricky for a newbie to use, but thankfully their support is able to guide you every step of the way so you don't need to scratch your head to figure everything out. This app is awesome for listing your items on the Etsy Platform. I find their chat support very helpful, and always online when you are run into any issues or have any questions to ask regarding the app. Highly recommend to anyone.

I love this app and the support is top notch. I no longer have to manually add my listings to Etsy from my Shopify store. This app saves me so much time, and is easy to start using right away. It is self explanatory, and the few occasions that I have contacted support were amazing. They thoroughly review the issue, explain it, fix it, and tell you what you watch for so that you don't encounter the error again in the future. That is exactly the kind of answers I expect from customer service, but rarely do other apps or platforms meet that expectation. I highly recommend this app!

The support I have received, firstly when setting up the App and later with any issues I have had, has been excellent. It takes a bit of set up in order to get going but overall I found it relatively easy to manage, and I am not a tech savvy person! Linking our orders and products from Shopify to Etsy has saved us so much time. Fab App!
