Really quick, quality customer support. I had a lot of concerns about starting the Etsy integration and the support team was super helpful.

The app is very useful. It has helped me publish many products without having to do a lot of manual effort. Customer service is great.

A great app to manage the integration between Etsy and Shopify. Outstanding chat based support for setup and queries, FAST, weekend cover and very knowledgeable saving SO much time. We are now into thousands of issue-free orders processed seamlessly through the app, would absolutely recommend if you're running your own store and Etsy shop - these guys are experts, no question. Great team.

The support for this app is instantaneous. Have an open mind, and consider the constraints that Etsy places on the integration app. Their team is very attentive, and will help out until the problem is resolved. The support alone is worth paying for. I highly recommend CEDCommerce, and this app!

Personalized products and different variations between platforms make the app a little tricky (my own fault), but this team is AMAZING! They're accommodating, understanding, able to walk/talk through my problems step by step, and very quick to respond whether on chat or zoom. I admit I'm a painful customer, and they truly go above and beyond to help. Thank you!!

Anyatra Singh was super helpful tonight in answering all of my questions. She knows the product very well and is super patient. As a beginner, I needed a lot of help and she was very patient.

I appreciate this app, it makes my life a lot easier running both Etsy and Shopify. I recently had an issue with product variants not being created from Shopify to Etsy and the support team was super helpful. Issue was resolved the same day! Thank you very much
