CedCommerce Etsy Integration

We've been a customer of CedCommerce for about a year and it is one of the best performing apps on our Shopify store. On the few occassions that we have required help sorting out an order, they have been very quick to answer and resolve the issues - always been pilot error on our part. This is very helpfull when you're under a time pressure to get orders fulfilled and can't see what you've done wrong. The app is very easy to use once you understand some basics and has reduced our time in fulfilling orders to a minimum. This app just works - does what it says on the tin. 10/10 for customer support - at any time of the day.

The ease with which CedCommerce keeps my Etsy inventory, orders, and product information up-to-date is unparalleled. This not only saves me valuable time but also ensures accuracy in my listings, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction. Staff are also really helpful.

So far so good! I did have a few minor issues but support was very quick to respond and got it straightened out for me. I don't anticipate and major issues based on what I've seen so far. I recommend it!

Fast Support

Overall, this app is extremely time saving, if you have a lot of products this will be a life saver for you. The best part of this app is the free plan that allows you to have 20 products from your Shopify account to Etsy, it does is seamlessly and importing the information in your product. It takes a little while to get to know the system, but once you do, you are able to bring forward your entire store. I recommend the free plan and then upgrading as you receive more volume orders from Etsy.
