The Application wis excellent with customer service . The Customer service representative was truly amazing. However, without her , I honestly do not know if I would have been able to integrate with Esty. The App needs updating for people who are not computer savvy. Great Customer service.
I was stuck running into a few settings issues and reached out to support. They were a great help. Looking forward to continue using this app!
The tech support is amazing! I was having some trouble figuring out why some of my items were not synching but Ardash set me up with a simple template that fixed the problem in minutes. I might have otherwise given the app 4 stars, but their free service more than makes up for any complexity issues.
I don't have time to work on the intricacies of this APP... which has allowed me to see the amazing help they offer. Give them the problem, its sorted and they teach you what needs to be done. Faultless help and speedy. Makes the fee absolutely worth it

Great app I use it on few of my websites. The support team are amazing. Respond within minutes and always have a solution to all problems. Super patient, and also very personable. Have even been offered a google hangout session when things got tricky.
