I had an issue with Evey and it was very frustrating. Not only did Shopify help me get in touch with their company but Lauralynn, from Evey, personally called me to clear up the confusion and walked me through setting everything up correctly. Their platform is the best ticket platform in the marketplace. The app works effortlessly and it is easy to use. They have a Check-In app for live events that is worth the subscription alone. I want to thank them for correcting my situation with urgency. It really does make me believe they care about their customers.

We love using evey and the calendar integration on our website. We host 15-25 events per month and it not only makes it easy to create events and check people in at events, but also helps our customers know exactly what we have going on! I love evey!

We’ve used Evey for two consecutive years to manage online ticket sales for our festival, and it continues to meet our needs. We have tried a few alternatives, but Evey stood out for its user-friendly interface and alignment with our needs, such as handling multiple languages.
Anytime we had a question, we received timely replies, often with screenshots or short videos that made troubleshooting really easy.
In our experience, the pricing is fair and competitive with other similar tools both within and outside of Shopify.
Highly recommend this app to anyone running ticketed events through Shopify. :)

Evey has been a lifesaver for our Shopify store. Great app for live events, we run all our live events through Evey. Super easy to set everything up and they have great features like customizing your tickets and recurring event support. Their support team is also great, they got back to us fast when we had an issue with an event and fixed everything for us quickly.

Have been using Evey for more than 1 year now. The features are easy to use and works pretty perfectly. However, the charges are extremely high. Which forces you to think of switching to another competitive plug-in. Few features like scheduling events to draft, or scheduling virtual meet links are still not functional. Overall, its a good app to work with, provided they consider of reducing their transaction fees.

Look elsewhere. Set up was easy but their app crashed multiple images on our website. Unfortunately we had already sold multiple tickets and so have to keep the App installed until the event and try to work with customer service to get a fix.
Their customer service is non existent, weeks of 'checking' or 'escalating' all whilst their app was ruining our website. The issue is still outstanding whilst we go through multiple different customer service agents, none of whom actually do anything to help. Avoid.
