The app is good, but the service is even better. If you have an issue, they will most certainly work to resolve it. We had a mistake in the way we had things configured and they were very kind to assist and even booked a video call to clarify things.

Great app for what you need it for in terms of easy upselling yet what's better is the support. They were there the entire way helping to correct anything that the theme might have interfered with or if there was a conflict with the app. Very responsive with their emails and even jumped on a quick call so I could better explain it further. Great support team, they're always quick to respond and figure out the problem. They understand how their app works with others' and your coding to figure out where an issue is occurring - if that ever happens. The great majority of the time this app works seamlessly, it's just when I start adding other apps that the potential for interference occurs. Great app, would 100% recommend!

First of all let me say the app works very well and I love it. I had a change in them and had a problem integrating the pop up feature myself, I contacted the developers and they were very quick and efficient and resolved the problem in just a couple of hours. Amit was amazing very patient and offered to help with other issue with my store. Highly recommend!
