I have worked with other connector apps between Exact and an e-commerce platform. They all worked better and more intuitive than this one. It's a pity it seems to be the only Shopify app for Exact because its functionalities are basic. Would encourage to either find another solution or a different accounting program than Exact when on Shopify.

Customer service is also quite hoity-toity when you are experiecing issues or inquire about functionalities. Twice I received a snooty reply, which when your app is so basic, is uncalled for.

This connector is mainly a financial connector with basic logistic capabilities. The connector pushes Shopify sales to Exact Online. Additionally, the connector can synchronize product- and stock from Exact Online to Shopify to refresh the Shopify inventory.

The connector does not run product/stock in isolation from Shopify to Exact Online as the merchant hoped for. This functionality is not commonly desired by the market, and as such we decided not to develop this feature.

We informed the customer accordingly and sincerely regret that she experienced our honest and direct communication as being unkind.

Gisteren, binnen 15 minuten na melding probleem, hebben we de koppeling van Autoradioplaza getest en zagen niets vreemds. Direct contact opgenomen met de klant en hulp aangeboden om de koppeling samen even tot stand te brengen. Ondanks herhaalde follow-up is de klant niet ingegaan op ons aanbod even te helpen. We weten dus helaas niet of / wat er is misgegaan. Als de klant ons alsnog benaderd helpen we graag, want honderden klanten genieten veel gemak van de koppeling.
