Super helpful app, especially for bulk-uploading images - saved us so much time! We needed some support in the beginning to fully understand the system and Maris was always there!
He even created a new feature which solved us a big problem: After importing thousands of products and adding them to collections we needed to know if there were "unassigned" products, (products, which weren't part of any collection and therefore would never have sold...) Now this becomes easily visible on the downloaded excel file when clicking the "collections" box. Thanks so much Maris!

I have added some custom metafields and would it be export as well in excel sheet? What configurations i have to do and from where ? Can anyone help me out
Hello!
Yes - that is possible - just select the “Metafields” column group in the Export. Also, inside that group you have a chance to include also the Metafields for which you have definitions that don’t have any values yet.

This app is a no brainer! It is amazing how it is now and would only get more awesome with its upcoming updates. The support you get is top notch. They won't stop until you get it resolved. Having a large catalogue products can be complex to manage however this app from Excelify makes the whole process seamless. The video tutorials are extremely helpful when using the app for the first time and the support offered is outstanding - thank you!

Great support, very good app. Replies to support requests faster than the others. We had the problem that our ERP could only produce latin1 encoded csv-files and they integrated conversion to utf-8 into Excelify in only a few a days.

It's a great app with which you can handle a lot of your batch tasks. The help videos are so good that you have nothing to ask customer service. If you ask, you will get a quick response morning and evening.

About the Support availability - we try to be available around the clock, but there is a slight "gap" from around 00:00 UTC till 07:00 UTC, which is usually the quietest time - so our Support folks catch sleep at that time. Most of the time... 🤔
