Fraud APp Very disappointing billing and support experience.
I upgraded to the $20 Basic plan because the app indicated that an upgrade was required to migrate my store. After paying, the app still did not complete the migration and then prompted me to upgrade again to a plan costing approximately $100.
I was concerned that further payment might still not complete the job, so I immediately cancelled the incomplete jobs, cancelled the subscriptions and uninstalled the app from both stores within approximately one hour. On one store, no export was completed, and on the other, the import did not provide a completed or usable migration.
I requested a refund, but it was refused simply because jobs had been started or were shown as “in progress,” even though the expected service was not successfully delivered.
In my experience, the plan limitations and possibility of another substantial upgrade were not made sufficiently clear before I paid for the Basic plan. Customers should carefully confirm the exact plan required for their store size before upgrading.

Our records show the app was actually used on your account - jobs were run and exports completed, so this wasn't a case of the app doing nothing.
During the support tickets for both your Shopify stores, the refund request was approved here, not refused.
On the plans: the app never picks or requires a specific plan - when a job exceeds a plan's limits, it shows every available plan with its exact limits, and you choose the one that fits based on each plan's limits shown on the same page.

Matrixify makes exporting/importing large batches of data a breeze. We have over 5000 SKUs and have used the app to bulk update thousands of products at a time.

This app saves a huge amount of time and frustration when making changes to the products in my store and has many features not available in Shopify's native 'Bulk edit' feature.
