Matrixify

I tried to remove the negative review I gave to Matrixify but I am unable to do so. But I have to now give them 5 plus stars. It is difficult when people are trying to communicate from different countries to understand each other. Thus, we were having a communication problem. In addition, with me not having a technology background it just made matters worse. However,
Renars Rudzitis stepped in and handled my situation with God's grace and professional caring. I compliment him for what he has done....he showed that they truly do care about their customers.

It is true what the other person said about Matrixify not helping. They have sent me videos and I have followed those videos precisely and nothing works. I have contacted them and they come bak with accusative questions as if I haven't done anything. But they won't lift a hand to correct the situation so that I can get my stores open and operating. I have spent $20.00 this month for nothing...absolutely nothing when they could have gone in and fixed the situation. I have not been able to clone the store....I even tried exporting and importing just one page at a time and their app still didn't work. It is obvious they are just about taking people's money and offering nothing

In reference to your response to me....I have done nothing but give you respect.I have had to postpone opening my stores because of you. So, don't you dare insult me and call not a human being. I paid you and you took my money. Why don't you read all the emails I have sent. No, you don't care about the customer and you are only responding now because I gave you what you deserve a 1 star and truthfully the one star is too good for you

incredibly hard to use, support doesnt help at all. takes forever, tried for weeks couldnt even convert 1 simple draft. all i was provided was the same help faq page.

sucks bc shopify can't convert large drafts for some reason so they suggest this app which is impossible to use.
