After having Shopify update their API, changing the way we were able to bring orders into our ERP, we decided to search for a solution that wouldn't have to have us continuously working with developers. we couldn't be happier finding Exportible. The ease of use and multi-functionality for exporting orders is exactly what we were looking for. With just a few clicks we were able to change from importing via an emailed csv to an FTP/SFTP. Whenever we had any questions, the Exportible team was always quick to answer. We have been so happy using them over the past year, that we have even reached out to see if they have the capabilities to create a similar feature for our Amazon orders. Fingers are crossed that they can develop something for us, but the fact that they have been willing to listen to our requests speaks volumes. This plugin is much simpler that most others and it does exactly what we need to transmit orders to our logistics partner. Support of SFTP is great! Also, I really appreciate that developers added the possibility to export order properties in separate columns in 48 hours, following my request. The plugin is great and the team behind as well. We use it in automated mode to transmit orders to our logistics partner every morning, and it seems robust: it worked every day since we use it. I recommend it.
