Okay, so I've been using this to sync my Shopify store. The setup was little confusing, and I kept getting error messages. But then I reached out to support and this guy Daniel literally walked me through everything on a screen share. Now that it's working, overall it's saved me so much time.

The team walked me through the whole process. My first cross-listing was done in under 10 minutes. The dashboard is clear and I can see exactly what’s selling. Totally worth it!

Tried out this app but it was not able to perform the features our store required such as only syncing inventory from 1 store location to etsy among other things. I had to find workarounds myself for some of the features because it took forever to hear back from support. Them messing up our inventory was a no go though so we decided to part ways, HOWEVER, ExportYourStore still has not deleted our account and store info after multiple requests to do so. Getting responses from them is like pulling teeth and I'm still getting emails about how I need to use the app more. I wouldn't suggest signing up for this app because they obviously still have some bugs to work out and features to improve. Luckily we had not paid yet but I still want our account info deleted. I would not have even given a review since it just didn't meet our store needs and we decided to move on but I feel like people should be aware of the poor customer service.

We’re also working on improving customer service response times—most issues are resolved quickly, but technical ones sometimes take longer as our dev team investigates. The app itself is okay, took me a day to learn, but now it’s smooth. Wish the tutorial videos were shorter, though. Otherwise, works perfectly!

It's a good app for basic syncing. Support is in a different time zone, so replies come overnight. But Melanie from support helped me fix the bug. Overall, it's a good app!

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT SIGN UP for this app. Trying to cancel is impossible and they keep charging me even when I send them screenshots of my cancelation and of my charges in my account. This is criminal and they should not be allowed on Shopify.

Dont waste your time customer service is terrible. Great concept but nothing syncs correctly and doesnt work properly. They constantly have to "open a support ticket" for every issue and it takes days to fix. Variants DON'T sync over so its a HUGE headache. + you constantly have to upgrade. Also test one product before going from one platform to the next it will delete listings .... no help from customer service. Like i said good concept just the functionality just isnt there unfortunately.
