This app is perfect for Variant Customization. Our shop wasnt giving us costomers customization, I sent an email into support and Jay literally got back to me within minutes and fixed it for us and was so helpful!
Subscribed to trial, found trial has limited features. Purchased plan to find a feature in all other options apps is not in this one. Uninstalled 20 min after and write explaining and asked to not be charged. No one bothered to reply and I was charged.
How are we supposed to even know how the pro plan works if there is no free trial available at all? You guys straight charged me after choosing the pro plan. This is the first app I have seen that does not offer free trial at all.
Do not actually do variants, only does options. They charge you to find this out, you have to upgrade to find out that it doesn't work with no grace period. Cannot recommend misleading title and claims
This app made it so simple for our customers to personalize their products, some advanced features took a bit of time to learn, but support was fast and helpful, they responded quickly and even helped us with custom styling.
Customer support is also outstanding. We had a small issue with custom styling, and the support team responded quickly and provided a working fix within hours.
