Shipway: Logistics Aggregation

It's been more than 6 months we are using Shipway. I won't say it's seamless, but the customer support is truly commendable. I would especially like to highlight the name of our KAM, Harsh — he's always available when it's urgent, even beyond working hours.
His responsiveness and problem-solving attitude have made a significant difference to our operations.
Having a dependable POC like him really builds trust in the service.

I am writing this because I had a good experience in Shipway. Although I had issues regarding returns , where it took 1 month to deliver the RTOs, I want to specifically appreciate our POC Shivam Sharma, who was always available for any query and tried his best to understand our problem. He is one of the best people in Shipway. I would recommend Shipway if you are getting started but beware of their RTOs, they rarely come back on time

The app really makes the shipping and syncing of details easier. But lately the returns were charged seperately which could have been accomadated in the same order fulfilment package.

Quick and effective app with quick resolution support system. thans to app as it reduced our 70% of burden of shipping and syncing

The staff are very professional and they helped me move all my items without any damages.I have been working with (company) 3+ years now. They are really wonderful. Great service & rates.

In spite of technical glitches, it ensures for timely delivery!!

Pros:

- We have been using this app for about 4 months and they have made a lot of progress since then. They are constantly releasing new features which is great.
- The customer team is extremely efficient and resolve queries within 24-48 hours.

Cons:

Some of the following missing features would make the experience even better:
- Return Management of individual items from an order.
- Inventory adjustment on Shopify for Cancellations/Returns/RTO/Editing Order which has been made on Ezyslips
- Highlighting suspicious customers for (COD orders especially)

It was easy assigning tracking numbers and manifested on the backend and overall had a great and smooth experience while working with EzySLip.

Good experience with this app for processing orders and keeping the track .
