The tracking of this application is perfect. I am using this app on all of my Shopify accounts and it is working fine. Other than that, customer support is active and from the team, and Tracy is a very supportive girl in this team, She helped me to track Conversions APi along with Facebook pixel. I am using this app in my main store successfully, I am not too technical then the Omega team was helping me to setup everything correctly and now I am planing to add this app in my new store. The app has all the information in the dashboard and allow me to define the pixels from a collection level to a product specific, I love this app because allows me to use the Conv API to get a more accurate tracking of the events in my store being the perfect replacing for the limited facebook channel app.
Support is great and they are well prepared and answering all my questions and helping me to get things done.
Thankx Stella for the support. I had struggle to capture IC and ATC and the team helped me through team viewer and the problem has been solve in 10 mn. Awesome support.
