We are not receiving the "Add to Cart" event since we started using your application. We have also raised a ticket earlier, but we haven't received a response from your end.

Ci scusiamo profondamente per l’inconveniente che hai riscontrato. Questo non è il livello di servizio che ci prefiggiamo di offrire, e ci rammarichiamo sinceramente per la frustrazione che questa situazione ha causato.
Il nostro team è completamente impegnato a indagare e risolvere il problema relativo agli addebiti non autorizzati seguiti alla disinstallazione dell’app e alla cancellazione dell’abbonamento. Ti assicuriamo che eventuali addebiti errati saranno rimborsati senza alcun ritardo.

I need support but the contact form does not work and I can't find an other way to get in touch with the developers.
