Very handy app, for my Facebook retargeting ads

I wasn't able to sync properly my catalogue feed between shopify and business manager, it was a pain. With Flexify is super simple and worked like magic! I was also able to sync the feed with pinterest, to mention a very good customer support.

So i was having trouble getting flexify to send my products to a catalog in FB so i reached out to them. Daniel was great in helping me rectify the problem. Wish i had emailed them before wasting a whole weekend trying to figure out how to connect to Instagram. He helped me right away by emailing me just what i needed. My file was simply too large. Only thing i would say is Flexify needs some type of error code letting us know that but all in all great app.

Can't upload feed to facebook catalog since it times out everytime. Even when you try to split into smaller collections it times out. Tried reaching customer service multiple times with zero response.

No longer works. The request has been timing out for the past week. Nothing to change the problem. They charge $30 for basic support.

We've been using this app for a while - does the job nicely. Customer service response time can be a bit quicker - I recommend this app

This actually works great! A bit hesitant at first but it fixed my variant pixel problem I was encountering in facebook!
