My Shop has been showing Under review for months now. I inquired about it and was told nothing we can do. Poor app support

1) Why so many programs? Meta Business, Meta Commerce, Instagram, FB - that's just naming the ones I am trying to use. Does not make any sense - especially if all accounts are linked. So, explain this "man-made" decision as it is not effective, nor efficient - no one said anything at the meeting? Hopefully, it was said in Teams or an email.
2) I am the owner and do not have access - WWHHHYY? (in that voice)
3) If you termed all your Customer Service agents, don't you at least have bots? continually receive - "can't process this request" - BUT you're asking me - did you fire all the coders too? (WWHHHYY)
4) Email verification not working - seriously...
5) Not able to edit or add items to shop - No access
6) Unable to tag products - No shop or access - Less Money and WAY MORE Problems.

The worst experience I've ever had with any company! I have been locked out of my account for over 8 months now. I've submitted all the required documents for a business dispute, and I've received absolutely no help since I submitted them. I even went as far as getting Meta Verified through my personal account in hopes I could get more help to recover my business account, and nothing! This is hurting my business as my website's domain is still linked to the old account I'm unable to access, therefore, I cannot link it to the new account I've setup. I've begged for help! I've opened multiple tickets trying to get this resolved, but FaceBook cares nothing about you or your small business. They have forgotten where they come from and could care less about you! So, now you just take my money for my monthly subscription, and I get nothing in return! I can't tag any of my products when posting on my social media accounts because I cannot verify my domain - because it's still linked to my old account! It's like adding salt to the wound when I've done everything that's been asked of me, but FaceBook won't follow through on their end!

Open a new webshop, and starting to build up facebook and instagram accounts etc. now to day log in to instagram and they have deactivated it? something about not real or trying to surpas rules. but HOW? its total new instagram account and your even approved it for shopping and got all documents, VAT business number etc.
Setting up FB and IG has always been a pain and support has not been there for many years. same BOT that gives same answer al the time... if your BIG corp, no problem small or medium size.... forget it

I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? Useless.

Terrible experience. I have sent a dozen of documents to verify my company but it did not work yet...

There's a problem with my app and it says 'Action Needed' but what action is needed? It doesn't tell me. I tried to get help and it said "Your chat is available in Messenger. You can open the chat if you have questions or need more support. Your case number is 26636240612688089." So I clicked "Open chat" and it opened a message window but it's completely blank. Do I wait for someone or begin the chat? I tried typing a message and it says "Couldn't send". Very very frustrating. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.

TERRIBLE. Will not stay connected to facebook account EVER. extremely minimal customization, yet way too complicated at the same time. They need a complete redesign.

Horrible experience, its not intuitive and no instructions. One of the worst apps on Shopify. I am struggling to just do the basic setup and connecting my instagram with Shopify. They could have made it seamless but the apps seems too rigid and full of bureaucracy. I left few messages and no one called, so not an easy way to even get in touch with someone.

Hello. I have tried several times to download and connect this app. Every single time I only get a blank screen with zero set-up options. There are no buttons to click, just a white, blank page.
