I am glad to use the Facebook channel app for my business. It was easy to setup and manage. I look forward to great results.
It helped get things set up which is nice. :) This wasn't available when I set up my previous store.
This app is very bad and a time suck. Once you get going, it is like you can't stop and the problems and connection/verification issues literally get worse the more you try to fix. I have been trying to get FB and IG shopping hooked up for over a year. Last week, I disconnected from shopify to start over. Now my catalog is completely disconnected and it wont allow me to reconnect. It is stating the asset is already connected and to go to my commerce manager. Commerce manager in one place is stating it is connected and in another that I have been rejected for the (who knows how many) times. I spend hours every week on this trying different things to connect and there is no one to contact and they do not message you back. It is frustrating, because I would really like to spend time elsewhere. I have an LLC and have been selling online for over 18 months with my website. I am still not authorized or verified on FB or IG. Do not waste your time on this and stick to your website and email list as much as you can.

Well, for the moment i am in the process of programming my companion on facebook everything seems good except that this is my first expérience, suddenly i always have to redo the actions to master them well.

Estou com problema muito grave no pixel do Shopify no facebook , que está praticamente zerando minhas campanhas de conversao no gerador de anúncio , desde que foi adotado a API de conversão do Facebook na minha página automaticamente, há mais de uma semana . Tive um retorno do suporte da shopify que era pra ignorar os vários erros de duplicação e external erro ; que isso não afetaria o desempenho , fato que não corresponde com a realidade , pois além dos resultados da campanhas terem praticamente zerado , todo dia aparece erro novo e até hoje não foi dada uma solução para o resolver o problema .
Very frustrating because I simply cannot get the Pixel to connect properly to my Shopify. It's impossible to get in touch with Facebook support, so nobody can tell me what the problem is. Have spent an enourmous amount of time trying to find the error, but it's just not firing. Therefore useless.
Very easy to set up, unlike some apps. The steps were easy to understand, although there were some products which couldn't be displayed this however was outlined in the setup what I needed to do as there was info missing. So thanks for the easy steps to follow.
I am not sure what so say right now since this app asked me to rate it straight away, after installing it. But so far everything has been good. I will update this review if anything changes, but so far I am satisfied. I was very easy and intuitive to set up this app, by the way.
I sent a support request a week ago asking about how to use and configure the App as it is clear that the data fields the app is sending do not correspond to usable data being injected by the Facebook Platform. As of today, they still have not gotten back to me. I am leaving a bad review because 1) the code is written badly and data points for catalog manager don't sync and 2) because they are refusing to respond to my support request. I will update this review if anything changes.
