Good Flexible and easy to Access
Beginning was bit difficult But Now Feel Much Easy Thanks For Leading us
This App is a complete nightmare to set up. It was way better, when you only had to fill in your facebook pixel id and everything was done. But now this app is required and only has errors. Every time i try to connect my facebook account with the "Connect Account" Button, it reloads the site and nothing has changed.
No Support, they just ignore me. I worked until 4am every night and now this bloody error has destroyed everything, can't use my pixel anymore because of this.

Works great and is a must-have for Facebook ads. Easy to set up and to use. Connects to Shopify very easily.
I tried to connect my Shopify to my Facebook several times. In the end, Shopify messed up my Meta Business account and I got permanently blocked there, and I have no idea, why. Had to create a new fake FB account, ironically that works perfectly. But my original personal account is broken now, with no way to fix it, I cannot even contact the support anymore.

I love this app, I'm using it to start my Online Store, It's easy to use and very helpful with helping me accomplish my goal
I am trying to install the app but first I was not able to connect my facebook page to my Shopify website. I decided to delete the app and download it another time, but when i am trying to download the Facebook app again it says that the page doesn't Excist. Can someone help me Set up my Facebook app in Shopify Please?

There is no option of facebook when i create a campaign. Please suggest what should i do. Is it bug or another issue?

Charlotte here from Shopify support, thank you for taking the time to install and use the Facebook channel on your store and leave a review. It is expected behaviour that you will not see an option to run ads in the Facebook channel, as Facebook now requires all ads to be run from within the Facebook Ads account. The Facebook integration with Shopify is useless. I cannot access my catalog, I am constantly dealing with technical issues, and after a recent update the app stopped worked entirely. I do not recommend this. Facebook does not integrated easily with Shopify.
