l'applicazione risulta non supportata in shopify... questo rende impossibile pubblicizzare gli store... si può risolvere il problema?

I used the App to help me set up facebook marketing for my online store and it was easy to follow step by step. However, I got stuck at the end not knowing how to address the last item on Terms and Conditions.
I still can't setup my FB pixel from Shopify. Talked to Support Advisor, a nice person. But still failed. What is going on..

It was fairly simple and straightforward. They walk you though step by step. I hope it gets some sales and some exposure to a new base of potential customers.
Full of errors and support is useless, none of the messages have been answered.
Its quite surprising that the support is so bad for such a big platform

i hope it helps me thanks, I have been trying really hard to get my store off the ground. I really thank facebook for helping with so much stuff lately. Not only can we stay in touch with friends and family but now helping us with our other 2 businesses as well. awesome. thanks thanks thanks
it's a lot easier to set up and get your items on the market and in front of people who don't know you or what your selling.

we get the following error "Sorry, something went wrong" same like other users, can your help us to solve this problem too
