Fairly useless channel. Things keep getting disconnected. When I try to reconnect I only get error messages.

Terrible. Can't begin to count the amount of times I have been asked to verify my business that is registered by the state of Florida. I have given them a letter directly from the IRS 147C verifying my address, my company name, my name, my registered address and still it is not enough. This is absurd. 2/14/25 - I am using this with a supplementary feed. I am showing product price in the images i am generating for the supplementary feed. The images update every time the product price changes. Very limited functionality and therefore not recommended to use. E.g. Draft Orders are tracked as conversions and therefore heavily impact ad results. All of a sudden, we had a ROAS of over 100.

Facebook is a multibillion dollar corporation but my META-VERIFIED account constantly gets flagged as a BOT account?? Out dated buggy features, staff have no idea how to help, I'm unable to submit information , unable to connect a Facebook page to my ad account and support tells me to wait, i wait and repeat and problem still occurs and they have no idea how to help. What a joke of a company.

I have changed addresses and provided proof of it, but it seems like this system does not get it. Now someone in an address that i have not lived for over 6 years will get my company mail and returns.

facebook & Meta is really problematic and it's not working at all. my shop is in review for long time and I'm not able to install easy the pixel. relly convoluted even with integration.
