Tengo comprado un dominio a mi nombre, validado etc... Según me dicen, perteneció a otro usuario en el pasado y parece que está baneado, no puedo recuperar ese dominio para usarlo en nuestras redes sociales.

¿Solución? Literalmente no hay, no pueden hacer nada. Así que nos tenemos que fastidiar y perder dinero en nuestra tienda.

can't activate the store to facebook page, tried for months and months

I would like to connect my Shopify website to Instagram. I submitted the Instagram info to Shopify, but it has been stuck in the 'Syncing additional info' process for about half a year. What should I do to resolve this

It keeps asking me to verify my account, yet there are no helpful instructions. Very frustrating.
