very poor...still getting pop up on verification even after it has taken place

Shit dont work, no help or support given...

I can't understand anything and been trying to connect for 8 months now.. very complicated.. bad instructions

Péssimo! Já tem tempo que tento usar esse app, mas o status de em análise para ambos as plataformas nunca atualiza.

Muy complicada, nada fácil de conectar mi tienda shopify con facebook e instagram, me tuvieron que ayudar desde atención al cliente, y ni aún así hemos podido.

impossible to get support it says email by 1 day ok and the next is "messenger app: which i did twice and after 1 hour no support terrible app

is the worst app ever, FACEBOOK and META and instagram are sooooooo DIFICULT to conect... 4 WEEKS TO review your store... WOW.. so much money and a lame APP.. and of course CERO custumer service.. there is NOT. ...... shame we are forced to use this chanels to have sales... f u mark z.
