They will simply forward the blame to everything else, the funny part is you can trick them into blaming something and they will tell you to reach out to the party at fault, and then reveal the thing they're blaming is owned by them.

Then the support team will send you a contact form for escalations that serves a 500 response error as no one from support has ever tried to use it
