This Facebook channel let's us create ads on our social media and link back to products that are on our website so customers can see, like, want and buy at a click of a button.

Just wanted to write and say this was amazing...with in a day everything is up and running and I wasn't confused at all duing set up. Nicely redone!!!!! WOHOOOO!

The app is basically useful to open ticket with Meta, because general support over messanger is very bad!
I do rate 1 because is not really an app and considering Facebook now Meta has so many years and so many billions is a shame they run a so buggy advertising software.

I love the app experience. I am still waiting to see if someone will buy from the social media platform to see how it works. I have had people viewing my products so that is exciting!

Really helps with streamlining customer engagement across all our social media channels and managing follow-ups between employees.

All of a sudden late last week, we can no longer tag our products on Instagram (we can Facebook, but not instagram). Can figure out what changed, and having a horrible time, figuring out what happened and/or who to talk to about this issue.

This app is atrocious. I have orders being made through FB and IG, and they aren't syncing with shopify. I also can't fulfill the orders in FB/IG commerce page because it thinks it's connected to shopify, so the API is blocking fulfillment. The worst is, I had no clue there were orders being made until customers contacted my store. The FB/IG commerce page won't event let me refund the orders ...

I used this app to set up my online shop to Facebook. Very easy to use, verry easy good. I am verry happy. thanks
