Dear Metas,
Despite making extensive revisions to my product descriptions—removing even legally permissible health claims—my products continue to be rejected. This has made it nearly impossible to advertise effectively on your platform.
I adhere strictly to Swedish regulations, yet Meta’s policies seem to prevent me from communicating any meaningful information about my products. If compliance means I cannot describe the benefits at all, I am left with nothing to sell.
As a result, I will be reconsidering my use of Meta as an advertising platform, as the constant rejections make it unreasonably difficult to conduct business. I would appreciate clear guidance on how to present my products without facing repeated rejections.
I am extremely disappointed with Instagram and Facebook after two years of trying to address an ongoing issue with product visibility on my Facebook Shop and TikTok Shop. Despite countless attempts to contact support and resolve the issue, my products remain invisible to potential customers, significantly slowing down the growth and visibility of my brand.
As a small business owner, I rely on these platforms to reach my audience, but their lack of responsiveness and failure to fix this problem has been beyond frustrating. Why is it so difficult to make products visible to the customers who want them?
Their inefficiency and lack of support have caused unnecessary delays in my brand's growth, and it's deeply disheartening to see platforms that claim to empower small businesses fall so short in delivering on their promises.
If Instagram and Facebook truly value their business users, they need to prioritize resolving these issues and providing the support we need to thrive.
I like to use both apps as I can see products easily, search easily, read comments and reviews which helps me make decisions.
ZERO stars. Terrible. It has been awaiting approval for months now, and the link to manage the sales account is broken. There is no way to contact them, and no support is possible. They will not explain what can be done to have the store set up correctly. However, they happily allow you to run ads for any amount.
I just got it set up because it keeps showing the app needs more attention - I think it's because they want me to write a review. We will see how it goes! So far so good - very easy to use!

a little too complicated (each account have 3 different home page, and each with different functions, why not put into one with catagory), but okay since useful
Integrating Facebook & Instagram with Shopify has been a great experience. The seamless product sync, shoppable posts, and easy ad management have helped boost sales and engagement. The ability to reach a wider audience and drive traffic directly from social media has been invaluable.

Nothing but trouble with this app and integration with Facebook / Meta.
Have had issues and NO shop for over 6 weeks. Up to 25 attempts to fix the issues trying to contact Meta with no resolution in sight. One thing fixed, another breaks.
Pathetic and costing me sales in the lead-up to Christmas and shop not working.
