The app is fine however I got several sales during the holidays and since my items are personalized and have custom options I had to track these people down. This however was not as easy as emailing them or reaching out to them through the fB shop. They never either got the messages or they were never sent. I have no idea how you FB can force something on shops that just doesn't work.

Sometimes things just dont work for some reason and then when you try again they do. a tutorial would make it beter

Fairly easy process, but having difficulty finishing the process because of the Accept Terms button not working.

If you're referring to the redirects to your Facebook Business Manager, any login session that you are directed to is not actually hosted by our platform. Using this app my Shop Tab does not appear on my Facebook Business page. So what's the use of having a Facebook shop if does not appear. Just saying...

When this app is working, it's amazing. However, I consistently have to uninstall, reinstall because FB/Shopify can't figure out how to update w/out causing issues for the other side. It is extremely frustrating.
