super easy to use and helped a lot! I suggest using this to help sell products on different platforms.

Just like all social media platforms, these sales channels are somewhat restrictive about WHAT you can sell, but that is pretty much to be expected. In addition to clothing and other general items like soaps, mugs, etc., I also sell vitamins and supplements, and Facebook really does not like that. Some of my supplements cannot be sold on these platforms, but I can still run ads and link to the product directly on my website, so I suppose that's an acceptable solution.

I found it easy to use everything is laid out right in front of you and the tutorial videos helped a lot.

I used this app to help me set up my FB shop to Shopify. Usually as an older learner I have trouble understanding the steps and jargon to setting up things via the computer. This app made the set up quick and completely user friendly. I was hesitant to try to set it up on my own because I thought for sure it would be cumbersome. but it wasn't. It was a cinch.

The app doesn't track the correct revenue, it sends duplicate purchase events to Facebook each time the user reloads the order confirmation page, and it does not send deduplicating information to Facebook.
The support is absolutely useless, I have been in contact with the special Meta support for this app, and they keep asking me to check
- the pixel setup (which by the way is managed by the app) and/or
- referring me back to Shopify to ensure the app is installed correctly (Shopify were the ones who referred me to Meta).

We have HUGE problems activating the PIXEL and getting retargeting and dynamic adds to work. This is a big problem. Products do sync and that part works fine, but without a correct working pixel it is not usable. Contacted support but only receive links to (simple) existing HELP documents. Does anybody experience the same problems and got a solution?

I tried to connect Facebook sales channel with my Shopify store and it did not connect. There was a message error after completing the installation saying "There was a problem processing this action. Please refresh the page". After changing many emails during 2 weeks with Shopify support team and speaking with 5 team members, I received an email from Shopify saying that they can't solve this issue because it is from Facebook and they will close my ticket ID. I am disappointed by the support I received. The error appeared on Shopify platform, Shopify should help fixing errors on their platform.

However, there are cases where issues that stem from Facebook are reflected in our app, but but do not have a causal relation to the app. It seems our technical team has investigated and ruled this to be the case for your issue. Hi, I have tried connecting my shop and keep receiving a message that states "This shop is not eligible for shop with checkout on Instagram or Facebook at this time." But I followed every step and have a reputable business.
