app link shopify to business facebook with NO HUMAN support. I can NOT LINK shopify to facebook store to buy ads, but I can BUY ADS on facebook to shopify? I get banned ads for some items in 2020, but can sell that same item on amazon and today 2022 already, so I login and see SEE DATA from 2020 TWO YEARS AGO

I'm sorry to hear of the struggles you are facing with creating Ads. If your Ads account has not been approved, you will need to request a manual review from Facebook however I'm going to look into this and follow up with you in an email to open up the lines of communication here so I can see if I can help you any further.

It was a bit confusing to figure it out at first. It took some back and forth to learn the process.
Great to sell my products online and have more people to get to know my store, im still trying to figuere out how to get my products in the online catalog on instagram
This App is a complete nightmare to set up. It was way better, when you only had to fill in your facebook pixel id and everything was done. But now this app is required and only has errors. Every time i try to connect my facebook account with the "Connect Account" Button, it reloads the site and nothing has changed.
No Support, they just ignore me. I worked until 4am every night and now this bloody error has destroyed everything, can't use my pixel anymore because of this.

loved it was a quick and easy set up process. was click by click and instructions were very clear and easy to understand
I tried to connect my Shopify to my Facebook several times. In the end, Shopify messed up my Meta Business account and I got permanently blocked there, and I have no idea, why. Had to create a new fake FB account, ironically that works perfectly. But my original personal account is broken now, with no way to fix it, I cannot even contact the support anymore.

I used this app because it will help me to promote my business page, I really love it and I strongly recommend this app to anybody that would like to boast sells on business
very helpful and made the setup process very simple as just following the instructions and its helpful.
Its an awesome and helpful tool, I do wish it was a bit more easier to understand what I am doing and why I am doing it step by step, but all in all, I am super grateful for this tool!
