Absolute rubbish. I had to disconnect my original fb shop when personal products from fb marketplace showed up on my shopping page for my business. Since then it has been a nightmare pretty much. This app does not work and as soon as I get to the end of setup it will not let me connect a new or old commerce account. I have troubleshooted, tried everything I possibly can but this problem has persisted!

I didn't know that i needed to use a laptop or desktop to complete my facebook/instagram install...but once i figured that out it was pretty simple
I used this app to help me to sync my products to a catalog on Facebook so that I can create marketing activities on Facebook directly from Shopify.
unable to set up the app and use it. IT asks to reconnect and then it says currently its not possible to do so. Would be great if someone could help me

Its easy and good to understand the steps mentioned to go through the process and hope it helps to get us a good conversion rate
The facebook app was easy to install and set up. I've installed it before so not sure why my store disconnected but was quick to re set up.
Very easy for a non techie like me who is feeling their way around ecommerce with what feels like a blindfold on. A simple click of the button- now that's how I like it
all except for them cutting of the head of my pics in facebook when I use the url address for my shop it is good... could someone tell me how to fix this
