It is so helpful with a wide range of customers. i market my businesses on facebook and the turnaround is just amazing
This app made it very easy to set up my Facebook channel. It walked me through step by step, the instructions were easy to follow.
If we could give zero stars that would be our rating. This is a terrible app, because FB is terrible. We can't get it to work. No support from FB AT ALL. No way to reach anyone. No contact information. Shopify can't help anymore with this either. What is the use of this? It is beyond confusing. This has been a huge waste of time for us, trying to get this to work again (it used to work until the other day). Beyond frustrating. We have lost revenue from the FB commerce business model for stores, which is a horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Shopify tells us it has to do with the change over to META and everything will now be handled by them. They are a tangled web (pun intended) and treat business owners (small ones anyway) with seeming disdain. What's the point of trying to do anything with them? FB cuts you off. The app doesn't work. There are no humans to help. Stay away!

So to begin with I was pretty frustrated with not being able to get in contact with facebook as I was experiencing issue with getting my commerce account approved! However I was lucky to get the best help from Shopify Support Specialist Anna! (Thank you Anna for everything!) and later on also Facebook from a link to a support form. Now when everything is approved and up an running, I love the easy setup for your facebook and instagram shop. its super easy to set up and navigate in and new products get approved very fast! TIP: don't add giftcards to your facebook sales channel! you won't get approved then..

From my experience with other merchants it can take some time for Facebook to reply, so I do hope they get back to you soon. I'm using this app for the first time. I will return to give a more accurate review. So far it seems to be very user friendly and inviting.
The Facebook connection feature seems to be working properly right now, but I'll have to see more as I work through setting up my store. If I have issues, I will reach out to your support team.

I usted the app to create an account and its great. Has access to a lot of platforms and very easy to navigate. Pretty straightforward and simple to handle and create your own page. As well as the best navigation system on the internet, very smart and easy to understand, reliable and great plans and choices
I just wish the terms of agreements were not hard to understand
