Haven’t been able to connect my shop to this. I want to show my shop on instagram. Meta staff are NOT helpful at all. I’ve been emailing and begging for help for 62 days. They are useless and have zero empathy. It’s all “upload a screen recording” then do this 20 step ritual that won’t work, then we’ll close your ticket and ignore you. I’m losing out on potential sales with the lack of help. Terrible platform, im stuck in the mud and no one will help me!

appreciated. I'm selling my products well because of Facebook. thankyou Facebook and Instagram team. I'm selling an everyday lot of quantity. compare to another platform Facebook and Instagram are the best selling platform.
It was easy to set up. I just figured out I can connect my Instagram as well. I'll defiantly be recommending this app to others when it comes to setting up Shopify websites.
I used this app to help get my bow shop started on Facebook. I was worried about it being hard to do but so far so good.
Impossible to work because Facebook considers the .CSV lists to be incomplete and cannot be solved if you are not familiar with programming

Si pudiera darle -10 estrellas lo haria! es HORRIBLE ESTA APP me restringeron permanentemente mis 2 cuentas FB & IG, dato curioso si uno abre otra pagina la acepta pero con errores al subir productos y lo que es peor uno tiene que crear un nuevo nombre, asi que toda la papeleria no sirve. NO LA USEN!!!!!
