Although it's great having the integration, the process and steps required to setup a Facebook store are not very clear. Since we started with Shopify first and then setup Facebook, it would have been great to have more information about the Facebook setup requirements as it pertains to Shopify.

Horrible. So glitchy! Products are approved and appear in one place but not another. Horrible interface that you can't update easily. THE WORST!!

How this is "popular with businesses in Greece" if the stores for meta are no longer available in Greece?
The Facebook and Instagram shops are no longer available in our country. I have downloaded this app to use it for the Facebook adverts to promote my e-shop collections on Meta platform these products i have it also in physical stores.
How we suppose, will advertise our products in Greece local stores from our shopify e-shop, if the Facebook & Instagram are not in reality available in Greece region Businesses?
How i will advertise my product and directed to e-shop for prices and specifications of the products i post to promote my local store?

Our Facebook and Instagram account have been disabled for almost 2 weeks and we have done all the necessary steps to fix this issue. We have all the information required for our account submitted. We need to fix this issue so we can continue selling on Facebook and Instagram. No one has been able to help us with this ongoing issue.

I like it but Meta banded me from ads. My account was hacked during the pandemic and you guys never gave me a chance to talk to anyone. Your site is not friendly at all

not great, still hasnt synced my shop with facebook, has been "in review: for 3 months now even though my products have been approved. this has stopped me from properly utilising the app features
