Pathetic! It is not even allowing us to connect the Facebook ad account for pixels. Very disappointing!

Right after we installed the app, we get the following error "Sorry, something went wrong". I talked to support and they got the same error. We've installed and uninstalled and still can get the app to work. We are waiting for the support for 4 days now. Kindly help us to launch on time!

I would give Minus Five stars for FB, nightmare to use, you never know when you get restricted/banned for no apparent reasons.

When it comes to restricted accounts, suspensions and bans it is completely handled by Facebook and Shopify has no hand in these decisions whatsoever. It was easy to install and use, intuitive and straightforward. Looking forward to seeing the revenue stream that comes from it.
It is very easy to setup, but I can't say anything about other functionalities as I have just started.
