I Haven't been able to download this app in 3 days!! Keeps say URL is wrong, this needs to be fixed.

Im just going to echo what everyone else has said. The service is horrible and the app works "sometimes". What I mean by that is this...
It worked when I tried to connect my main FB account to the app. However, it won't let you disconnect without uninstalling the app. Also, if I try to connect another FB ad account to the app, I simply get an error message like so: https://prnt.sc/WjPVxG90bTLT. It states I don't have admin permissions, but I do. You can see this from my chat with a Live FB Rep here: https://prnt.sc/Svz_9yN7DCi2.
When reaching out to support, they tried to troubleshoot the FB page, which had nothing to do with the issue. They obviously have no clue how to handle this.

Facebook disabled my 5 pages and now they are disabled by business manager who has 10 trained pixels and 5 ad accounts for different stores. Now I found a bug in the Shopify app. Leaving Facebook and move to snapchat and Tiktok.

I'm having problems since yesterday to configure the pixel in the Virtual Store -> Preferences -> configure facebook (pixel), it just returns the error "Sorry, something went wrong.
We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."

Gostaria de saber o porque que precisa de ser maior de 18 anos para configurar a conta do facebook, é sacanagem eu ter que esperar até o ano que vem para poder fazer uma configuração básica na loja, mas de resto o app é muito bom.

the problem I'm facing with this account Is that it has been restricted since I opened my Shopify store and my drop shipping account and attached you guys with it, but before my Shopify store everything was working ok, I was allowed to share my artwork and I was allowed to boots my post to reach more customers and I was allowed to pay for my ads without no problem, and now I'm not allowed to do anything and all I'm sharing is my artwork on my drop shippers products, what's the point of having a business account if I can't advertise my work and share my products, it's been stressful because all you guys are telling me is that I've not complied by Facebook and Instagram policies without explaining to me which policies I've broken, there's nothing bad on my account that I'm sharing so just very confused, I just want my account back that's it, everything was fine until I added you guys through my Shopify account but instead, it has given me more headache than good.
