Facebook & Instagram

Horrrible app, was trying to connect my facebook account to shopify and wouldn't connect.
It shows a button for connecting to facebook but once i click on it it doesn't do anything

It was very buggy on my computer. It wasn't letting me customize much at all.

It doesn't work. My store has been under review for over a month despite all the items being approved and when trying to setup the store through the app, it crashes every time. Stuck with a business advertising through Facebook and Instagram which can't link its products etc...

Things dont stay connected, despite them being connected. Meta in general is bloated, hard to navigate and understand and impossible to get REAL support.

Not. Worth. It.

Rubbish, complicated, spent hours setting up the shop and nothing works. Utter waste of time.

I reached out 3 times and call just drops. or they send me links for me to figure out on my own.

5 months on shopify waiting for my review to be approve. i have a lot of followers and traffic on instragram and customer service said it only can be approved when i have followers and traffic on facebook, but my mainly customers are from instagram, so there is nothing i can do, and i really think its unfair not having facebook and instagram active on my Shopify because of this. very very upset with this

We could not connect our shopify store to this app. Meta always returns with tons of unresolvable errors and there is no one to attend.

terrible, never loads useless, do not bother wasting your time

The worst! Don't even bother trying to install this. Absolute hell!

One FB account, one page, one portfolio, and it wouldn't accept connecting to it, claiming the portfolio wasn't mine... (Sorry, but WTF!?). And you can't argue with it.
