facebook app is terrible.

Je trouve que c’est beaucoup trop compliqué, il y a beaucoup de bugs avec le fait de relier les pages Facebook, la tache très compliqué tout en sachant que là je n’arrive toujours pas à relier le camp de shopify a Instagram

Me rechaza los productos sin ningún motivo, mientras otros productos con mismas características están aprobadas.

I'm not even going to give it one star. (ok so I had to give them one star or it wouldn't let me post) We get very few orders through them and have never been paid. I've tried to verify my store 5 times with documents. They make it almost impossible. I even sent them our corporate tax return which wasn't good enough. I'm going to disable it after losing money again.

Meta will deny all responsibility for everything that happens within their platform/tools. No accountability even if you outline every technical detail about the issues. They will simply forward the blame to everything else, the funny part is you can trick them into blaming something and they will tell you to reach out to the party at fault, and then reveal the thing they're blaming is owned by them.

Then the support team will send you a contact form for escalations that serves a 500 response error as no one from support has ever tried to use it

I can't even Connect my shop with instagram or facebook and when I go to ask for Help it's all automeeted and you can't get anywhere

mauvaise exprience. interface vraiment approximative, vieille et pas dutout intuitive, de plus meme en s'aidant d'internet on galere et rien ne va comme on veux
