Honestly, I adore facebook. Constantly growing and making it easier to connect however I need; especially with my business(es)!
Horrible app that's not connecting. Then when you call for help With Shopify. There's nothing we can do. Bad for business.. needs major improvements. They should team up with Facebook and get this figured out.

account got restricted before adding in any of my products, theres always an issue with facebook shop and after three times of requesting reviews, its always an accident then they restrict me again.

I used this app to set up a Facebook shop integrating Shopify. So far it has been very easy to use.
