I am changing my review to 5 stars because apparently, things got much better now. A few months ago I got conflicting information from the support representative, and I had to dig a lot on my own, and it was an issue on the app side, and lack of proper description on allowing checkout at facebook or on shopify. We are pass that and the current upgrade works great.

The Facebook app is designed simply to create a connection between Facebook and Shopify to sync your products should you want to promote them via Facebook Pages, Instagram, or Marketing. While the app itself would not cause orphan pages, I'd be more than happy to go through your store with you to help identify what may be causing this issue. The Facebook sales channel is an absolute joke. I have tried to get a hold of customer service for weeks, if not months, and my account is still prohibited from selling on there. I got banned from selling on their channel before having entered any items into the store. I am a registered business in my country and I am set to become a diamond dealer next week, perhaps I should be happy the $100 million dollars worth of loose diamonds I am adding to my inventory won't be shown on your failing website.

Facebook is a good channel however I had some charges while my campaign was pause that I am looking into with my Bank. Otherwise so far it's ok
