A good app and does what is says on the tin. We used the app to integrate our Shopify website and our Facebook and Instagram shops and it works a treat.
The set up is extremely difficult, I've even given up and redownloaded the next day to try again and still cant get it figured out.

Sometimes it is difficult to access Facebook management from here, despite using the right password and user id

If you're referring to the redirects to your Facebook Business Manager, any login session that you are directed to is not actually hosted by our platform. just installed the app, haven't had a chance to explore all the features. I'll get back to you with an update.
I just went through the setup process so far, have not used the app once, but the setup process was great.
i am pleased with the momentum im getting on my online store i am getting more orders advertising on fb
Facebook pixel is not connecting the sale channel properly set up but still facebook pixel helper couldn't find it. Even the test event is not showing any data and if we go to preferences facebook setup it constantly shows errors.

We use Facebook and Instagram to promote our business, provide content to our followers, and keep our customers updated on new additions to our Collections.
Facebook has continued to delete my business from the app without providing me with details so that fake bots have now taken over my business account using my followers data to harrass them!
