After your app update, all previously connected accounts were logged out, and since then, I've been unable to log in. I keep encountering error codes, and the connection with Shopify and your app has been severed. It's still not synchronized, and it's affecting our sales. Please resolve this issue quickly.

We have never been able to get this set up, no support, no help, nothing. worst app ever. So frustrating.

I was previously using the Facebook shop and Instagram sales channels and all was working well. After being forced to delete the older ones and install this one, it will not work. I can't connect. It keeps showing many errors. It won't publish products. The old connections tags are all removed. It is a complete nightmare! Do not switch if you don't have to!

I originally had Instagram shopping working and now all of a sudden I am ineligible. Absolute disgrace this app. How can I have Facebook shop and not be approved for Instagram. I would really like to get my Instagram shopping back!!

DO NOT INSTALL! Your facebook page followers will get over-run with product spamming ever time a new product is added. Currently there is no way to turn off the new product notifications. Our facebook page has lost over a hundred+ followers in the last two days. *** Shopify Replied *** Shopify replied to my review but the suggested fix action does not work. I can not turn off ALL notifications because I still need posts to be seen by my customers. I just need to turn off New Product notifications which is currently IMPOSSIBLE in FACEBOOK.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! I definitely understand your frustration with this. That being said, the issue that you've described stems from a setting within your Facebook notifications. Meaning, this occurs entirely on Facebook without any relationship to our app. The way you would solve this is to go to your Business Page Settings > Page Updates > click on Edit > and turn off post notifications so that they don't automatically update every change. The most buggy sales channel you can imagine. Items continually get rejected for many various incorrect reasons. Contacting FB support does nothing beside adds additional layers of frustration with no real help. Support has zero common sense. As soon as an issue gets corrected the same item get rejected several days or hours later... It amazing how wonderful these channels are about collecting data and integrating into your checkout seamlessly but the actual real user experience for those using the channel, is a joke. All development energy was solely put into integrating into processing transactions so facebook can collect a fee and no energy was put into these automated product checks that cannot understand the actual meaning of words used in a sentence.

app is saying that the app is unsupported speak with the developer.
Hit the support button but the rep. is saying something different. But it clearly it says it's not supported. This needs to be fixed Asap!!!!!

Trash, but it's not Shopify's fault , Facebook and Instagram is broken for ages. broken not loading pages many many many bugs, pure broken mess, product tagging not working , facebook pixel not working adds running weirdly ending up with a huge add bill with 0 traffic. Facebook is trash.

I keep trying to add it and then a few days later ir disappears. not sure what the problem is but I can't get my Facebook commerce going. and it keeps saying its not supported? that is just odd if its a Facebook app

HORRIBLE experience! I installed, worked real hard to get 10,000 followers on IG, did it and got the swipe up tagging. Had IG working for a few weeks, while FB for about a year. My FB page is older and I have over 45 grand followers. Thought this was a good idea after they invited me to install the app. Sold some things on FB and IG and all of the sudden they disabled the shops and withheld $467 of my money requesting that I prove my identity. I sent all sorts of ID and now they want me to show a phone bill with my website name on it to prove that my phone number is my business's number. I do not have a brick and mortar shop. The phone account is in my personal name and I have two phones and two numbers. One personal, one business. They will not accept that and have put me through hell trying to prove who I am for 7 weeks. Their customer service beyond sucks. I have disconnected this app, written off the money that they basically stole. Do not trust Facebook. If you have a problem too bad for you. I have been selling online 24 years and with Shopify 8 years. This is the worst experience ever. Facebook channel gets thumbs down and their customer service get 5 thumbs down
