It’s ok. Most of my frustrations are on the Meta business suite and the ever changing way that it works. The shopify side of things is pretty stable.

such a slow service for reviews and when click on GET SUPPORT.. the meta pro team doesn't even know what they are doing and talking about. I just had a word with the META PRO TEAM and i was explaining her something and she started explaining me something which completely useless and doesn't even require that kind of information.

Please fasten your reviewing process and have proper experts in the team who can understand the query and answer accurately and precisely.

My Shop has been showing Under review for months now. I inquired about it and was told nothing we can do. Poor app support

Efficient app to active your merchant center in FB and IG. You'll manage all the inventory directly from your online store.

On the shopify facebook instagram setup page it says; Next Step for your shop... then a bubble then; allow messaging for customer support so customers can contact you quickly. If you select enable messaging nothing happens. Why is this?

So far so good. Would love to see how effective sales are through this channel but easy to setup.

Terrible experience. I have sent a dozen of documents to verify my company but it did not work yet...

Ive really been a facebook advocate until this weeks struggle . After having my ad account disabled, the Facebook team did nothing to help resolve the issue but instead kept sending me automated messages that don't help a beginner understand where they went wrong and how they could change their practices to suit Facebook policies. I wish they could be more helpful and resolve the case without sending my business into the ground before it even has a chance to stand.

Great App. There was an issue with identifying the relevant facebook page but this was quickly resolved. This is a user friendly app!
