Er is onduidelijk wat er moet gebeuren om deze app actief te krijgen.

Awful. Product hero images were generating at random - the back of a shirt, for example, would show as the hero image, while the same product would have the correct Hero Image when featured more than once.

Live shop editor is trash. It doesn't show you the live preview while you are editing - like how Shopify does when editing your theme.

I contacted support about the above and now my Facebook and Instagram shop are disabled. So - I am now losing money.

One of the worst platform to sell in Meta especialy since they stopped the shop on the Desktop computers and focused of Mobile only.

Your ads on desktops becomes full of errors and missed links.

Meta support is null!!

Facebook speert einen ohne Gründe - gibt keine Auskunft warum das Problem besteht und man bekommt nur Standard Antworten - nicht zu empfehlen

Our Instagram shop can't accept any orders. Customers have called us and sent us screenshots of in-system cancelled order. They can only purchase by going straight to Shopify which makes it pointless for us to have Instagram at this point. Can't run ads because the purchases are cancelled if purchased.

Péssimo! Já tem tempo que tento usar esse app, mas o status de em análise para ambos as plataformas nunca atualiza.

My Shop has been showing Under review for months now. I inquired about it and was told nothing we can do. Poor app support

App was at "In Review" status for months, with no feedback. Uninstalled and reinstalled app and it's still the same status.
