We could not connect our shopify store to this app. Meta always returns with tons of unresolvable errors and there is no one to attend.

Store was in review over a month. (I read it should officially be 48 hours.) I disconnect and reconnected about 5 days ago. Probably a mistake because now I'm starting the clock over.

your whole process sucks

Things dont stay connected, despite them being connected. Meta in general is bloated, hard to navigate and understand and impossible to get REAL support.

I reached out 3 times and call just drops. or they send me links for me to figure out on my own.

I am not having a good experience with facebook at the moment at all
