Great app, amazing support team!
We had an issue (caused by another app), they fixed it faster than I could blink.
Very easy to set up. Give it a try you'd like to get the FAQ quickly prepared.
We've just installed this app so can't speak for how it works over the longer term but the customer service in getting it set-up to fit in with our website theme has been fast and efficient. Thank you!
I had an issue and help desk sorted it out for me quickly, thank you. I would love to have section headers within the FAQ page. Maybe that's something you can do in a future update? It's great to have the accordion but it's also a pretty big wall of text.
Really simple to use. With some custom css, you can make the accordion menus very unique. Also great to be able to create multiple menus.
Definitely recommend. Easy to use and the support was quite amazing. We emailed with a question and it was literally resolved within minutes. Will use this again in other sites we work on.
This app is quite simple and straightforward! Very user-friendly. Also Customer Service was wonderful and extremely helpful.
These guys are amazing. i was migrating from a different FAQ app and their app was the one of 4 that offered dropping FAQ anywhere within the theme as oppose to a dedicated page. I was also having issues because the previous app left a conflicting script; their support team responded right away and 5 hrs later my issue was solved. Would highly recommend

The PERFECT FAQ app for your shopify stores! It was easy to install, easy to use and look great! Also, thumbs up for the great customer service! Replied to me within a few hours apart, then added in additional features so that you can now change visited link colour and also rearrange your questions nicely. For paid apps they don't even provide this level of efficiency.... Superb!
